Frost AMF BakeTech Proofer Chain, part 0548100, runs in the proofer of AMF BakeTech continuous bakery systems. Frost is the original manufacturer of AMF bakery system chain, and this chain is sold only through AMF BakeTech.

In the proofer, panned dough rides this chain through warm, humid air until it is ready to bake; heat treated and plated chain is available for that moisture. Like all Frost bakery chain, it has a 750 lb maximum rated chain pull and is proof loaded, assembled in the USA and quality checked before it ships.
