Steel Trolley Wheels
4" Thru-Bore Trolley Wheels
Frost 4″ thru-bore trolley wheels mount through the center bore.
Of the 11 part numbers, 5 are retainer and 6 are full ball complement. Bores are .500″, .625″ and 1.00″. Seals are Splashproof® on most wheels, plus contact lip seal (8401000, 4015000) and triple labyrinth (4010000, 7190000).
Wheels marked * (4010000, 4015000) have a special 1″ bore designed for swaging to the trolley bracket.
A 4″ retainer wheel runs 8 balls in a steel separator for the lowest friction, rated to 325°F. A 4″ full ball complement wheel runs 13 balls with no separator for heavy load and contamination, rated to 500°F. Our wheel configuration guide shows how to tell them apart.
