6" Stud Type Trolley Wheels
Frost 6″ stud type trolley wheels have an integral 3/4-16NF threaded stud that bolts into the trolley bracket.
Of the 4 part numbers, 1 is retainer (6100500) and 3 are full ball complement, all with triple labyrinth seals. 9367000 and 9367200 relube through the welsh plug and have a 4.50″ A dimension instead of 4.81″.
Column U in the table shows the wheel tread profile (U1 or U2).
A 6″ retainer wheel runs 8 balls in a steel separator for the lowest friction, rated to 325°F. A 6″ full ball complement wheel runs 13 balls with no separator for heavy load and contamination, rated to 500°F. Our wheel configuration guide shows how to tell them apart.
