6" Thru-Bore Type Wheels

Frost 6″ thru-bore trolley wheels mount through the center bore, with .75″ or 1.00″ bores.

Of the 12 part numbers, 6 are retainer and 6 are full ball complement. Seals: triple labyrinth, Splashproof®, Splashproof® with wiper seal (9605100) and open (9604200).

Parts marked 1 (0990330, 0990230) relube through the welsh plug, and parts marked 2 are ship channel wheels. Column U shows the tread profile (U1, U2 or U4).

A 6″ retainer wheel runs 8 balls in a steel separator for the lowest friction, rated to 325°F. A 6″ full ball complement wheel runs 13 balls with no separator for heavy load and contamination, rated to 500°F. Our wheel configuration guide shows how to tell them apart.
