Does Frost make Zig-Zag compatible enclosed track chain?
Yes. Frost makes Zig-Zag compatible and Eisenmann compatible enclosed track chain. Frost also makes Uni-flex and heavy duty Mongoose chain.
What finishes are available for X-type chain?
Frost X-type chain comes plain, zinc coated or YZD (yellow zinc dichromate) coated. It also comes in stainless steel for washdown areas.
How do I know if my conveyor chain is worn out?
Worn chain reads long when you measure the pitch. For a full picture, Frost offers chain wear analysis, chain strain analysis and a 37 point conveyor system health assessment. Permanent wear monitoring is also available.
What X-type chain sizes does Frost make?

Can Frost replace chain from another supplier?
Yes. Frost chain fits most existing track systems, and Frost X-type chain meets or exceeds ANSI B29.22 and CEMA 601. So it replaces chain from other suppliers that is not performing.
