Is Frost X-Type chain interchangeable with other brands?
Yes. Frost X-Type chain meets or exceeds ANSI B29.22 and CEMA 601, so it replaces standard X-Type chain from other makers. Measure the pitch to confirm your size.
Which trolley fits my I-beam?
Frost overhead trolleys come in 2, 3, 4 and 6 in, and inverted trolleys in 4 and 6 in. For I-beam trolleys, measure the I-beam and the trolley drop, then match them on the trolley drop chart.
Does Frost make hand pushed trolleys?
Yes. Frost hand pushed I-beam trolleys come in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton capacities. Replacement parts are also available.

Which seals keep paint and dust out of trolley wheels?
Sealed wheels keep contamination out of the bearing. For example, Frost offers Splashproof®, triple labyrinth and contact lip seals. Find your trolley wheel configuration.
What chain size do heavy implements need?
X-Type chain is sized by pitch: X-248 is 2 in, X-348 is 3 in, X-458 is 4 in and X-678 is 6 in. For heavy frames and implements, Frost builds X-458 and X-678.
